Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RhythmFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. RhythmFlow is developed by TechNexa and is provided as a showcase of our work. By using the App, you also confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

License & Use

RhythmFlow is open source software licensed under the MIT License. You may:

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Play music files you own or have the right to use
  • Modify and redistribute the source code in accordance with the MIT License

You must not use the App to play, store, or distribute copyrighted music without appropriate rights or licenses. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, or privacy laws
  • Distribute, play, or share pirated or illegally obtained content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App for malicious purposes
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access control features
  • Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonate others or use the App for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The RhythmFlow name, logo, and branding are the property of TechNexa. The App uses open source components (e.g., Flutter, YAMNet, just_audio) under their respective licenses. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission, except as allowed by the MIT License for the source code.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RhythmFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your specific needs. Use the App at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechNexa and the RhythmFlow contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of music files, device malfunction, or any other harm. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any). The App is free; we provide it without charge and accept no financial liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechNexa and its affiliates, officers, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue, modify, or suspend the App or its availability at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or continued access. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechNexa regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TechNexa operates. If you access the App from another region, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
